Urgent Search Underway for Missing 12-Year-Old Tommy Skelton from Gillingham
Police have launched an urgent search for a missing 12-year-old boy from Gillingham.
Tommy Skelton was last seen in the Portland Road area of Gillingham at approximately 7am on Friday, 25 July. Officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Tommy is described as white, around 5ft 5in tall, and was last seen wearing black tracksuit bottoms, a grey t-shirt, and black trainers.
While his last known location was in Gillingham, police say Tommy is also known to frequent Gravesend, Chatham High Street, and other nearby areas.
Public Urged to Assist
Kent Police have issued a direct appeal to the public:
“If you have critical information regarding the whereabouts of Tommy, please call 999 immediately, quoting reference 25-0274,” a spokesperson said.
For all other non-urgent information, the public is encouraged to contact the police using the online live chat or by calling 101.
Officers, along with Tommy’s family, are hoping someone may have seen him or has relevant information that could assist the ongoing search.
