- Anyone aged 75 or over, including those turning 75 by 31 January 2026
- Adults and children aged six months to 74 years with weakened immune systems due to health conditions or treatment
- Residents of care homes for older adults
Those outside these groups have reportedly been turned away, sparking anger and claims of a confusing rollout.
