SUPPLY TEACHER BANNED Teacher Banned for Sending Sex Messages to Fake 9-Year-Old Paedophile Hunters

A supply teacher has been banned for life after sending sexually explicit messages to a group posing as a nine-year-old, believing he was chatting to a child online.

Supply Teacher Caught by Paedophile Hunters

Miguel Pastor, who worked as a Year 3 supply teacher at St Dominic Savio Primary School in Berkshire, was filmed by a paedophile hunting group as he walked to work in 2019. The group livestreamed the confrontation on social media, questioning him about messaging minors.

Police arrived shortly after and arrested Pastor. He was interviewed and later released on bail amid allegations sparked by the group’s investigation.

Shocking Messages Exposed in Teaching Probe

The Teaching Regulation Agency launched an investigation that revealed Pastor had sent sexually explicit messages via the KIK app to a supposed nine-year-old, dubbed “Individual A.”

In chats, Pastor asked the fake child if they had kissed anyone and described explicit sexual acts. He even explained masturbation after the child said they didn’t know what it was.

“At no point did Mr Pastor appear concerned about communicating with a 9-year-old from his messaging, which quickly progressed into a sexually explicit conversation.” – Investigation Panel

When interviewed, Pastor claimed he thought he was speaking to an adult pretending to be a child, based on the language used. He said he wanted to “unmask” people lying about their identity online.

Teacher Struck Off, No Chance of Return

The panel ruled Pastor’s conduct as a “significant breach of safeguarding responsibilities” and banned him from teaching indefinitely in England. He is also barred from applying for his teaching rights to be restored due to the seriousness of the offences.

Pastor can appeal to the High Court within 28 days, but for now, his teaching career is over.
