VILE BRUTE Child Rapist Slammed with 21 Years Behind Bars in Hull

Alex Fullard, 31, has been locked up for 21 years for a string of horrific sexual offences against three young children. The Hull Crown Court sentenced him on Monday, 20 October 2025, with an extra eight years on licence. Fullard will also stay on the Sex Offenders Register for life and be slapped with an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Shocking Catalogue of Crimes Unveiled

Fullard’s nightmare list includes:

  • Five counts of rape of a child under 13
  • Three counts of rape
  • Three counts of attempted rape of a child under 13
  • Two counts of sexual assault of a child under 13 by touching
  • One count of sexual assault of a child under 13
  • One count of causing and inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity

Initially charged in December 2023 for four sexual offences, Fullard pleaded guilty to all before the trial began in July 2025, when more charges emerged from police enquiries.

Brave Victims Step Forward to Bring Fullard to Justice

Detectives from Humberside Police revealed the abuse campaign started years ago. It first came to light in 2021 when two women accused Fullard of raping and abusing them as children and into adulthood. Feeling overwhelmed, they initially stepped back but later received support to come forward again. A third victim came forward in December 2023, sparking Fullard’s arrest and charge.

“This has been an extremely extensive, and intrusive investigation, and I admire the courageousness of the three victims and their families for taking that first step in coming forward,”

said Detective Constable Jack Somers from the Rape and Serious Sexual Offences (RASSO) Unit.

“Crimes of this nature are impermissible regardless of the age of the victims, but for Fullard to take advantage of innocent young children is outright sickening.”

He added, “Whilst I know the sentence will not erase the trauma, I hope it provides some closure and allows the victims to move forward. We urge any child suffering abuse or anyone suspecting such crimes to speak out when they’re ready.”

Police Urge Victims and Witnesses to Speak Up

Humberside Police say they take all reports seriously and promise to pursue justice relentlessly for vulnerable victims.
