Ex-BBC Researcher Joins Europe’s Most Wanted Over Brutal Cheshire Farm Murder
Christopher Guest More Jr Chased Over 16-Year-Old Killing
A former BBC researcher has landed on Europe’s most wanted list after being linked to a vicious murder at a Cheshire farm almost 16 years ago. Christopher Guest More Jr is wanted in connection with the cold-blooded killing of father Brian Waters, who was hacked to death at his Tabley farm on 19 June 2003.
Fugitive Possibly Hiding in Spain, Malta or South America
More Jr, standing 6ft tall, is believed to have fled the UK shortly after the murder. Police say he has strong known connections to Spain, Malta, and South America but warn he could be anywhere now, making him a truly elusive target.
Police Launch Renewed Appeal As Anniversary Approaches
With the grim anniversary fast approaching, Cheshire Constabulary is turning up the heat to track down More Jr. Detective Superintendent Sarah Pengelly from the Major Crimes unit urged the public:
“If anyone has any information about Christopher Guest More Jr, no matter how small, please come forward.”
The force is determined to bring justice, 16 years on.
