Three Charged in Major Crackdown on Drug Trafficking
The Met’s Specialist Crime Command, as part of their tough Operation Orochi, has bagged three more suspects tied to a ruthless criminal ring exploiting vulnerable people to push Class A drugs.
Operation Orochi Strikes Again
Met officers, backed by Devon and Cornwall Police, arrested Abed Lama, 22, at a Camelford, Cornwall address on Thursday, 12 November. He faces charges of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
Two More Nabbed in Nationwide Raids
The very next day, Friday, 13 November, officers swooped on homes in London and Huntingdon, hauling in Larry Kamanda, 24, and Sian Forsythe, 20. Both were hit with the same conspiracy charge.
Justice on the Horizon
- All three suspects are now behind bars.
- They appeared at Bodmin Magistrates’ Court.
- Next stop: Truro Crown Court on Tuesday, 15 December.
