Carlisle Man Remanded Over Mysterious Death
Liam Craig Porter, 32, from Fulmar Place, Carlisle, appeared in magistrates’ court this morning. He has been remanded in custody ahead of a Crown Court hearing tomorrow, March 16.
Serious Charges Laid
Porter faces an alternative manslaughter charge linked to the death of Mr Kirkpatrick. He is also charged with assisting an offender. The tragedy unfolded in Carlisle city centre on September 18 last year.
