Dangerous Thug on the Run After Breaking Out of Cheshire Prison
Violent offender Shane Farrington, 39, has vanished from HMP Thorn Cross in Warrington, Cheshire. He was last spotted around 6.45pm last night, sparking a full-scale manhunt.

Cheshire Police are hunting Farrington relentlessly. Officers have urged the public not to confront him due to the potential danger. Instead, anyone who spots him should dial 999 immediately and quote incident number IML 1230000.
“We currently have numerous officers carrying out a variety of searches to locate Farrington,” said Superintendent Mike Evans. “Officers will maintain a strong presence around the prison and local area to reassure the community.”
