Officer Speaks Out on Crime Spree
PC Emma Tarney said, “Challis went on a crime spree across Newport and Bridgend between May 2020 and January 2023, showing zero regard for others and causing massive distress to local communities.”
“He was arrested after a serious road traffic collision in Newport. Challis even bragged about his drug money, showing no remorse for his actions.”
“Illegal drugs devastate our communities. This sentence disrupts drug supply operations in Newport and sends a clear message that we will relentlessly pursue offenders like Challis.”
“A huge thank you to the local community for supporting us to bring him to justice.”
