She was last seen at 4.20am on Wednesday, June 21, walking towards the A259 Chyngton Lane.
Phan is described as an Asian girl, 5’, with mid-length straight dark hair, and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, a grey cardigan with four bands on the left arm, blue jeans and white trainers.
She was also carrying a small black bag.
Anyone who sees her or knows her whereabouts is asked to report it to Sussex Police online or on 101 and quote serial 627 of 21/06.
