Teen Charged After Shots Fired in Doncaster

An 18-year-old man has appeared in court over a reported firearm discharge in Doncaster.

Karl Mangham Faces Serious Charges

Karl Mangham, from Lime Tree Avenue, Doncaster, was charged at Doncaster Magistrates’ Court with possession of a firearm intending to cause fear of violence and making threats to damage property.

He has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Sheffield Crown Court on Tuesday, 9 May.

Shooting Shakes Apley Road Community

The alarm was raised around 2.45pm on Monday, 3 April, when police were called to Apley Road following reports that shots had been fired towards a property.

Thankfully, nobody was hurt, but a window was smashed in the incident.

Three Others Arrested and Released on Bail

Alongside Mangham, two men aged 37 and 49, and an 18-year-old woman were also arrested. All three have been released on bail pending further investigations.
