Norwich Man Busted with 150 Cannabis Plants in Gordon Place Raid
Major Cannabis Grow Operation Cracked
Police swooped on a home in Gordon Place on Monday 24 April 2023, executing a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act. Inside, officers found a massive cannabis cultivation of 150 plants.
Suspect Caught Red-Handed
The suspect, Sanitiliano Sakaj, 27, from Thorpe Road, Norwich, was caught in the garden and arrested on the spot.
Drug Charges Laid
Sakaj now faces serious charges of producing a controlled drug and possession with intent to supply a Class B substance. He was remanded to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 26 April 2023.
