Witnesses Report Woman in Flood Water
The incident was reported just before 5:20pm when witnesses spotted a woman braving the flood waters along the busy A52 road. They quickly alerted police, worried for her well-being amid the dangerous conditions.
The woman is described as 5ft 6ins to 5ft 7ins tall, aged between 25 and 30 years old, with dark hair tied up. At the time, she wore a grey hooded top, salmon-coloured trousers, and carried a drawstring bag on her back. She was also seen holding a drinking cup.

Derbyshire police are especially keen to identify two individuals captured in an image taken at the scene, believing they hold vital information to help with the investigation.
