Tyrone Attwood Charged Over Fatal Shooting of 21-Year-Old Rico
Multiple Charges for Tyrone Attwood
Tyrone Attwood, 32, with no fixed address, faces a slew of serious charges. On Monday, 4 December, he was hit with one count of robbery, two counts of handling stolen goods, and theft of a motor vehicle. Attwood is due to appear in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 5 December.
Tragic Death of 21-Year-Old Rico
The charges come after a brutal investigation into the shooting death of 21-year-old Rico. He was fatally shot on Shuttleworth Road, SW11, around 9:50pm on Thursday, 5 October. A post-mortem confirmed Rico died from a gunshot wound to the chest.
Rico’s family have been informed and continue to receive support from detectives at the Met’s Specialist Crime Command.
Broader Investigation Nets Four More Arrests
Alongside Attwood, four men aged 27, 31, 33, and 38 were arrested on Saturday, 2 December, in Guildford, Surrey on suspicion of assisting an offender. They have all been bailed pending further inquiries.
One man linked to this case is already in custody, remanded after being charged.
Another Suspect Faces Murder Charge
Josh Eno, 23, also with no fixed address, was charged with murder on Friday, 27 October. He appeared at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, 31 October. Details of his next court appearance are expected soon.
