Woman Dies in Shocking Derby Incident
A 44-year-old woman has died after suffering head injuries in an incident on Bass Street, Derby, early this morning.
Two Men Arrested as Police Launch Probe
At 7:30am on Wednesday 3 January, Derbyshire police responded to reports of a woman found injured. She was rushed to hospital but sadly died shortly after arrival.
Two men, aged 47 and 49, were arrested at the scene. They remain in custody and are helping police with their inquiries.
Police Urge Public to Come Forward with Info
Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with CCTV or dash-cam footage between 8pm on Tuesday 2 January and 8am on Wednesday 3 January.
