Driver Arrested and Charged
Police quickly intercepted Cosgrove’s Volvo XC70 and took him into custody. Investigations have led to charges of dangerous driving and driving without insurance. He has been bailed and will appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on April 11, 2024.
