Three Charged After Football Match Pitch Invasion

Three suspects are set to face court over a football pitch invasion linked to public order offences.

  • Yevhenii Lubnenko, 29, of no fixed address, appears at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 3 June.
  • David Carneckij, 28, from Walworth Road, SE17, slated to appear on Wednesday, 10 July.
  • A 16-year-old boy (name withheld for legal reasons) will appear at Highbury Corner Youth Court on Monday, 24 June.

Charges and Ongoing Enquiries

All three face charges for entering the playing area during a football match, violating Section 4 of the Football (Offences) Act 1991.
