Man, 50, Charged with Murder After Woman Dies in Perivale
A 50-year-old man has been charged with murder following the shocking death of a woman in Perivale.
Mugurel Nica, from Perivale, was charged on Saturday, March 1. He is due to appear in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Monday, March 3.
Disturbance Leads to Tragedy on Jubilee Road
Police were called to a property on Jubilee Road on Friday, February 28, after reports of a disturbance.
Officers arrived with London Ambulance Service paramedics who tried to save 45-year-old Ana Maria Murariu. Sadly, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Ongoing Murder Investigation
A special post-mortem will determine the exact cause of Ana Maria’s death.
“We are continuing to support Ana Maria’s family at this difficult time, and our thoughts remain with them. We are not actively seeking anyone else in connection with this investigation,” said Detective Inspector Richard Kempshall from Specialist Crime.
The investigation is ongoing, with updates expected after the court proceedings.
