Police appeal for witnesses after pedestrian dies on A33 at Kings Worthy

Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian died following a collision on the A33 at Kings Worthy yesterday evening. The man was taken to Southampton General Hospital but sadly died from his injuries this morning. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers. The driver, a 45-year-old man from Chandler’s Ford, was uninjured. Sergeant Jon Bates from the Roads Policing Unit said: “This collision happened during the evening rush hour.
