Man arrested after 80K Super Car Stolen and Crashed in Portsmouth

A thief who stole a high-speed car has been arrested after crashing the vehicle in Portsmouth. The vehicle which is thought to be worth in the region of 80,000 pounds was stolen from a property at Harbour Heights on Portsdown Hill yesterday afternoon Monday whilst the owners where out at work. The alleged thief managed to plough the super car into a tree on Church Road Buckland at around 5am on Tuesday morning. The man was apprehended by police following a short Police chase. The car has now been seized by officers from Hampshire Police and has been recovered for forensic evidence. Anyone with information is asked to contact Hampshire Police on 101
