Strict Warning from Police

PC John Watson from the Wycombe Stronghold team said: “Thames Valley Police will never tolerate drug dealing in our communities and I hope that this conviction and sentence sends a clear message to anybody involved in organised crime in High Wycombe that we will robustly target you and bring you to justice.”

“Mesmain was involved in the importation of class A drugs into this country, and this sentence reflects the seriousness of his offending.”

“County lines drug dealers target the most vulnerable in our society and we remain absolutely resolute in our determination to remove them, and their drugs, from our communities and protect victims.”

“If anybody has any information relating to drug dealing, please report it to the police.”

Mesmain pleaded guilty at Aylesbury Crown Court last Wednesday (23 February). He was originally charged on 11 November last year.

The police are urging the public to help crack down on drug crime across the region.
