Man Charged Over Shocking Attempted Rape of Teen
Gavin Bowler, 47, from Wheeler Avenue, has been hit with serious charges. He stands accused of attempting to rape a girl under 16 earlier this year. On top of that, he faces a separate count of assault by penetration involving the same victim.
