Monster Jailed for 21 Years Over Sick Child Sex Abuse Spree

Alex Fullard, 31, has been slammed with a hefty 21-year prison sentence plus eight years on licence for a vile campaign of sexual abuse against three young children. The depraved predator, now locked up in HMP Hull, will also spend life on the Sex Offenders Register and face an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order following his conviction at Hull Crown Court on Monday, 20 October 2025.

Chilling List of Horrific Offences

Fullard admitted to 15 shocking charges, including:

  • Five counts of child rape under 13
  • Three counts of rape
  • Three counts of attempted rape of a child under 13
  • Two counts of sexual assault of a child under 13 by touching
  • One count of sexual assault of a child under 13
  • Causing and inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity

How the Nightmare Came to Light

Fullard first fell under police suspicion in 2021 after two women reported sustained sexual abuse from childhood into adulthood. The trauma initially made them withdraw from the probe, but specialist support empowered them to return. Then, a third victim bravely came forward in December 2023, triggering Fullard’s arrest at his home. He confessed during police questioning, reigniting the full investigation and linking back to the first complainants. Facing trial in July 2025, Fullard backed down last minute, accepting the crushing weight of evidence against him.

Police Salute Victims’ Bravery

“This has been an extremely extensive, and intrusive investigation,” said Detective Constable Jack Somers of Humberside Police’s Rape and Serious Sexual Offences Unit. “I admire the courage of the three victims and their families for stepping forward and confronting these horrific crimes that scarred them from such a young age. Fullard’s betrayal of innocent children is sickening. While the sentence can never undo the trauma, I hope it helps provide closure and allows the victims to move on.”

“We urge any child suffering abuse, or anyone suspecting such crimes, to speak to a trusted adult and report it to us when ready. We take all reports seriously and are committed to bringing offenders like Fullard to justice.”
