Suspicious Stranger Follows Woman
A Tunbridge Wells woman had a terrifying experience when a stranger repeatedly followed her at the Royal Victoria Place shopping centre on Monday, 17 November 2025.
Quick Police Action Leads to Arrest
After officers launched an urgent appeal for witnesses, Anthony Leigh, 42, of Rock Villa Road, Tunbridge Wells was arrested on Monday, 1 December.
Charged With Harassment
Leigh has been charged with causing harassment, alarm or distress. He has been granted bail with strict conditions and is set to face Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on 9 February 2026.
