Shock New Charges Rock Toddler Tragedy Case

Warwickshire Police dropped a bombshell on Friday, revealing fresh, horrific charges against Kinga Wydrzynska, 25, and Michal Stasiak, 27. Both, already charged with murder and causing the death of a child, now face even graver accusations.

Twisted New Allegations

  • Two counts of sexual assault by penetration against the 13-month-old victim
  • Three counts of assault, ill-treatment, neglect, or abandonment causing suffering or injury to the toddler and two other children

The tragic toddler died in hospital on 7 January after falling ill at a Rugby home. Stasiak was also previously charged with possession of indecent images.

At a Leamington magistrates’ hearing, strict reporting restrictions were slapped on to shield the victims’ identities, including the young victim who passed away.

Both suspects were remanded in custody and are set to face Warwick Crown Court on Friday 9 January. The grim case is only intensifying, with more devastating details expected.
