Two 20-Year-Olds Jailed After High Wycombe Heroin and Knife Bust

Speedy Arrest Following Oxford Road Drug Sting

Paul Quaicoe and Jeffrey Mensah, both 20 and from Feltham, are behind bars after police caught them red-handed with heroin and a knife in High Wycombe.

Quaicoe, from Orchard Avenue, pleaded guilty to possessing class A heroin with intent to supply and drug supply involvement. The court slammed him with a two-and-a-half-year stint in a young offender’s institute.

Mensah, of Carlton Avenue, admitted carrying a bladed article in public. He was handed a 3½ month prison sentence at Aylesbury Crown Court on 12 December.

Caught Red-Handed: Police Nab Drug Dealers on Oxford Road

  • On 28 July at 8.50pm, officers spotted Quaicoe hiding heroin behind a car wheel on Oxford Road.
  • At the same time, Mensah was caught flashing a knife from his waistband.
  • Both were arrested on the spot and charged the very next day.
