A second man is now facing trial over the fatal shooting of Hemawand Ali Hussain, found dead in an abandoned Charterhouse Street property in Hartlepool on 14 September 2019.
Two Men Deny Murder Charges
Armando Marku, 26, has pleaded not guilty to murder. He joins 40-year-old Sajmir Dodoveci, who has also denied the charge.
Legal Proceedings Underway
- Both men appeared at Teesside Crown Court on Monday.
- Albanian interpreters assisted during the hearing.
- They have been remanded in custody ahead of a June trial.
