Avon & Somerset Police have launched a fresh appeal following the discovery of a brown horse found dead on Winterbourne Road, Stoke Gifford, Bristol. The incident occurred around 6pm on Tuesday, 17 March, prompting an urgent animal welfare investigation.

After closing the road and conducting a thorough police response, officers reviewed extensive CCTV footage and spoke with witnesses. They have now released images of three men who they believe may hold key information about the case.

The descriptions of the men are as follows:

  • Man One: White, medium to stocky build, tattoo on right forearm, wearing a green T-shirt.
  • Man Two: White, medium build, light-coloured hair, glasses, wearing a gilet.
  • Man Three: White, slim build, dark hair, wearing a dark top.

Police urge anyone who recognises any of these men or has information related to the case to come forward immediately.
