Two Young Men Killed in Fatal Three-Vehicle Crash in High Wycombe

Two young men have tragically died following a three-car collision at a roundabout in High Wycombe, Thames Valley Police have confirmed.

The crash occurred at around 7.40pm on Thursday, 24 July, on Daws Hill Lane at the junction with Kennedy Avenue. The vehicles involved were a black Audi, a grey VW Polo, and a blue Honda.

Major Investigation Underway

Detective Chief Inspector Justin Thomas, from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said:

“Very sadly, two young men who were in the Audi vehicle have died as a result of this collision. Their next of kin have been informed and our thoughts and sympathies are with their family and friends.

“The occupants of the other two vehicles suffered minor injuries.

“This is a very complicated scene and the road is likely to remain closed for most of the day to allow us to complete forensic collision enquiries.”

Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

Thames Valley Police is appealing for:

  • Witnesses who saw the collision or the moments leading up to it
  • Dash-cam or CCTV footage from the area at the time of the crash
  • Digital evidence submissions via their dedicated portal

DCI Thomas added:

“I urge anyone with relevant footage not to upload it to social media, out of respect for the victims and their families. Instead, please share it directly with us via our portal.”

Road Closures and Traffic Impact

The area around Daws Hill Lane and Kennedy Avenue remains closed as police collision reconstruction teams continue to examine the scene.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area and check local traffic updates for diversions.
