A murder investigation is in full swing after a man in his 50s was discovered dead at a property in North Staffordshire.
Tragic Scene on Park Avenue, Werrington
Staffordshire Police were called to a home on Park Avenue, Werrington, just after 9pm on Wednesday, 26 November. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Five Arrested Over Suspected Murder
Police have arrested five suspects linked to the case—all from Stoke-on-Trent. Two men aged 31, another man aged 29, a 22-year-old woman, and a boy remain in custody on suspicion of murder.
Police Assure Public, Seek Information
The victim’s next of kin have been informed. Police say there’s no wider threat to the public. The case has also been referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).
