SEX PEST Drunken perv snared after harassing teen girls in Watford shopping centre

Public steps in to stop sex pest

A 66-year-old man has been caught after brazenly sexually harassing two teenage girls in broad daylight at Watford’s Harlequin shopping centre. Kamikar Brar, from London, got done at St Albans Magistrates’ Court for making inappropriate sexual comments to a child.

Shameless attack in busy stairwell

It all kicked off on Saturday 3 May when Brar, drunk and bold, approached two teenage girls in a stairwell and asked for the bathroom. But instead of leaving it there, he started firing off lewd questions and sexual remarks at one of the girls, leaving them visibly distressed.

Good Samaritans step up

Thankfully, quick-thinking passers-by noticed the girls’ discomfort and intervened. One told Brar to back off, forcing him to leave—only for him to return moments later and continue harassing them. A second concerned shopper joined the girls as they sought help from the shopping centre’s security, with the pest following close behind.

Police swoop and justice on the way

Police were called and arrested Brar shortly after. At his court hearing on 3 October, he admitted to engaging in sexual communication with a child. Brar was released on bail but banned from entering Watford. His sentencing is set for 13 November.
