OUT OF TOUCH Molly-Mae Slammed as ‘Selfish’ and ‘Out of Touch’ Over New Amazon Docuseries

Molly-Mae Hague is facing fierce backlash from former fans who say her new Amazon documentary has left them “put off” by her “bratty behaviour.” The influencer and ex-Love Island star was recently called “selfish” and “tone deaf” after episodes of Molly-Mae: Behind It All aired, revealing a side of her many viewers didn’t expect.

Molly-Mae’s Manager Confronts Her Over Work Slip-Up

During a family getaway in Wales with her daughter Bambi and friend Tayla-Blue, Molly-Mae’s manager, Francesca Britton, called her out for missing a promotional deadline. The Maebe founder had forgotten to pack a key product for a brand shoot and avoided her manager for three days.

On a tense FaceTime call, Molly-Mae admitted: “I’ve literally been avoiding because I just feel so stressed and bad about the situation. I said to you and Erin, ‘I will get it done,’ but the minute no one is with me, I don’t get it done.”

Francesca hit back: “You’ve let people down in doing that and that’s not like you.”

The influencer confessed her organisational skills are “nonexistent” and stressed the brand depended on timely content. “I can’t let that brand down, no matter where I am in the world.”

Exhausted and Frustrated Mum Snaps on Docuseries

Clearly on edge, Molly-Mae has been open about her struggles as a mother. On the series, she vents: “How am I meant to cook them tea when I can’t even get the f****** oven to switch on?” She added: “I’ve got not a bit of patience left in me for any of this s***e.”

Her tiredness is laid bare after previously admitting to being “mentally exhausted” and “not cut out” for the pressures of parenting toddler Bambi.

Viewers Slam Molly-Mae as ‘Out of Touch’ and ‘Spoiled’

The docuseries has split opinion. Content creator Emily Entwistle took to social media to admit the latest episodes had changed her view, writing: “Why was this scene in episode three the hardest watch? At times she’s so relatable but this season just shows a girl who needs a wake up call … She’s just showing someone who’s so out of touch with reality.”

Her TikTok post sparked a flood of similar comments. One said: “She’s definitely out of touch with reality, these new episodes have made me really change my opinion of her.” Another slammed her behaviour as “bratty” and “spoiled.”

Some former fans called her “tone deaf,” especially considering the current economic climate.

Supporters Defend Molly-Mae’s Reality Check

However, many sympathised with the star’s public parenting struggles. One fan wrote: “She’s trying her best and running a business and being a mum trying to do her best. Being a mum is hard work. I respect her for showing the reality of her world that everyone wants to judge.”

Others pointed out the docuseries was intended to show the real, unfiltered side of her life, including motherhood’s challenges.

Molly-Mae Opens Up About Being ‘Nervous’ Over Docuseries

Before the series dropped, Molly-Mae admitted to The Mirror she was “terrified” to share her personal struggles on camera. She explained: “I was able to kind of trust the crew a little bit more and just to sort of let go a little bit… This isn’t our first rodeo. I can really put my trust in them and just know that they’ve got my best interest.”

She confessed feeling nervous but ready to show a new, more vulnerable side of herself.
