Police are appealing for the public’s help to find 30-year-old Luke Manktelow from Colchester – UKNIP

 
Luke hasn’t been seen since earlier this morning (17 July) and we are concerned for his welfare. 
Luke is described as a white man, around 5ft 11″, a medium build with honey brown hair. 
He has connections across Colchester. 
If you see Luke or have any information on where he could be, call 999 quoting incident 1144 of 17 July.
