Police in Southampton attended reports of a suspicious vehicle parked in Southampton containing a dog locked inside – UKNIP

The informant also suspected that the vehicle was stolen and had been parked for a number of days.

Officers quickly attended this vehicle and upon investigation, the dog was seen laying across the back seats.

Southampton Police said;

“After police carried out some checks, officers managed to contact the owner where two Bargate officers then drove to reunite them. The vehicle was later recovered.

The dog was given a good walk around the park, fed, given water and received lots of love from the Bargate neighbourhoods team.
