SMASHED WINDOWS Swift Arrests After Break-In at Folkestone Pub

Police acted fast after a break-in at a popular Folkestone pub in the early hours of Thursday, 16 October 2025.

Officers were called to The Samuel Peto Wetherspoon on Rendezvous Street just after 2am following reports of a smashed window. Thieves made off with bottles of alcohol from the premises.

Three Held and Booze Recovered

Not long after the raid, cops caught two suspects on Brockman Road. A nearby search led to the arrest of a third person. A quantity of stolen alcohol was recovered at the scene.

The trio – a 37-year-old man and two women aged 50 and 38, all locals – remain in custody as police continue their inquiries.
