Daniel Bari was found guilty of supplying class A drugs such as crack cocaine and heroin throughout the city between September and December of last year (2021).
When police seized his phone in Roseford Road in September, they arrested the 23-year-old for a separate offence.
His phone was later linked to the ‘active’ drugs line, and his fingerprints were found on a package of crack cocaine and heroin discovered in a nearby vehicle.
In October, Bari was arrested for the second time, and two mobile phones were discovered next to where he was lying in bed, as well as £515 in cash hidden in his shorts.
Bari, of no fixed abode, was sentenced to four years and four months in prison yesterday (20 June) at Peterborough Crown Court after previously pleading guilty to being involved in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin.
Bari was responsible for facilitating the sale of significant quantities of class A drugs in Cambridge,” said Detective Constable Jacob Reeves, who investigated.
