A suspected arson attack tore through a cluster of Huddersfield businesses overnight, leaving owners devastated this morning.
Fire Rips Through St John’s Road Premises
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service rushed to St John’s Road in the Birkby area just before 11pm. They battled a fierce fire that engulfed three businesses. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
Business Owners Speak Out
Kelly from Kelly’s Cafe revealed on social media that all three shops in the block were affected by the blaze. She confirmed that the business beside hers was targeted in what is believed to be an arson attack.
