Multi agency response to overturned vehicle on M3 motorway

Fire crews from Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover are in attendance on the M3 motorway between Junctions 8 and Junction 7. Emergency services have been called to an overturned vehicle. Fire fighters are working with the Hampshire constabulary roads policing officers and Paramedics from South central ambulance service. It is currently unclear if or how many people are trapped in the vehicle. All three lanes have been closed by Highways officers to assist with managing the incident. More to follow
