West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they were called to the scene at 9.56pm on Wednesday, 3 September, deploying three fire engines to tackle the blaze. The Coastguard confirmed the incident was brought under control by the early hours of Thursday, with teams stood down at 12.45am when the Chichester Marina fire and explosions sink two boats.
No injuries have been reported, though investigations are continuing into the cause of the fire.
