‘Little Stardust’ Tattoo Clue in Mystery Death at Coventry Park

Police hunt for the identity of a man found dead in a bin at Coventry’s Cash’s Park. The 40-50-year-old’s body was discovered dumped in a green-lidded wheelie bin on Friday evening.

Tattooed Body Sparks Urgent Police Appeal

West Midlands Police revealed the man has a distinctive tattoo on his back: a cross entwined with a snake, and the words “Little Stardust.” On his right arm, he sports a tattoo reading ‘nan’ beside a clover and the Irish flag colours.

Officers believe he may have been struck by a vehicle and then dumped in the park. They are now working with Coventry City Council to trace the bin’s origin.

Detective’s Plea for Information

“We have a large team of detectives and forensic experts working around the clock to find out who this man is and what happened,” said Det Ch Insp Phil Poole.

“The tattoos are quite distinctive — I urge anyone who recognises them to come forward. We also want to speak to anyone who’s noticed unexplained damage on a vehicle, or a sudden change in behaviour in someone they know.”

“If you know anything or were involved, now is the time to get in touch.”

Police continue urgent inquiries as the hunt to identify the man and uncover the truth behind his death intensifies.
