Gavin Bowler Charged with Shocking Crime
Gavin Bowler, 47, of Wheeler Avenue, Swindon, has been charged with attempting to rape a girl under 16 earlier this year. He also faces a separate count of assault by penetration involving the same victim.
Case Headed to Swindon Crown Court
Bowler is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court tomorrow. Due to the serious nature of the charges, the case will be fast-tracked to Swindon Crown Court for plea and trial arrangements.
