The Metropolitan Police Service has also been informed of the charges against Howlett. Community Response

The news has sent shockwaves through the community, particularly in Horley, where Howlett previously resided. Local residents have expressed their shock and concern over the allegations.

To hear that someone who is supposed to protect the community is being charged with such serious offences is deeply disturbing,” said Jane Doe, a Horley resident.
