Police Are Currently On The Scene Of An Incident In Harrogate That Has Resulted In The Serious Injuries Of Two 15-year-old Boys


A member of the public dialled 999 at 8.46am after a collision on Yew Tree Lane, near Ashfield College.
The two injured boys were pedestrians who were hurt when a vehicle collided with a nearby wall.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust transported the boys to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. The North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service is on the scene making the area safe.
Road and path closures are in effect while emergency crews respond to the scene and an initial investigation into the incident is conducted. If you intend to travel in this area, please make alternate plans.
Both boys’ parents have been notified.
