James Byford, 40, from Crayford Way, Crayford, admitted assaulting a woman and smashing up her property, including her back gate, car, and Ring doorbell on February 5. He was handed a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and fined £338.

Drug Driving and Dangerous Driving Cases

  • Mehtap Barballi, 24, of Worcester Park: Pleaded guilty to drug driving on January 20 in Bromley. Sentenced to a one-year community order with 100 hours unpaid work and banned from driving for 18 months.
  • Diego Roacha Rojas, 41, from Deptford: Guilty of drink driving, driving while disqualified, and without insurance on March 4. Received a one-year community order including 40 hours unpaid work and a 19-month driving ban.
  • Malcolm Spencer, 53, of Tatsfield: Caught driving while disqualified in Keston on March 8. Given a one-year community order with 80 hours unpaid work and disqualified from driving for 11 months.

Samara Hercules, 41, Selby Road, Bromley, admitted carrying a kitchen knife on Castleton Road on February 4. She was handed a one-year community order and fined £120.
