James Byford Gets Suspended Sentence for Assault and Vandalism
James Byford, 40, from Crayford Way, Crayford, admitted assaulting a woman and smashing up her property, including her back gate, car, and Ring doorbell on February 5. He was handed a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and fined £338.
Drug Driving and Dangerous Driving Cases
- Mehtap Barballi, 24, of Worcester Park: Pleaded guilty to drug driving on January 20 in Bromley. Sentenced to a one-year community order with 100 hours unpaid work and banned from driving for 18 months.
- Diego Roacha Rojas, 41, from Deptford: Guilty of drink driving, driving while disqualified, and without insurance on March 4. Received a one-year community order including 40 hours unpaid work and a 19-month driving ban.
