Police Hunt Trio After Brutal Late-Night Southsea Assault and Robbery
Police are on the lookout for three men after a 19-year-old lad was punched and robbed in Southsea in the small hours of Sunday, 26 August.
Victim Attacked and Stolen From on Kings Road
Shortly after 1am, the victim was walking along Kings Road near Pier Road when three men approached him. Without warning, they punched him in the face, leaving him with a nasty nosebleed and pain. They then snatched his wallet and fled.
The victim managed to sprint to Elm Grove, where members of the public came to his aid.
Suspects Described in Police Appeal
- Man 1: White, late teens, 5ft 2in, stocky. Wearing a black baseball cap and black hoodie with the hood up.
- Man 2: Mixed ethnicity, late teens, tall at 6ft 2in, slim build. Hair about 3 inches long on top, sides shaved. Dressed in a grey tracksuit.
- Man 3: White, late teens, 5ft 2in, slim build. Wearing a black hoodie with the hood up.
