Christopher Taylor, 34, from 1 Gate, Winchester, has been slapped with charges of attempted theft and going equipped for theft. The drama unfolded inside NatWest bank on Winchester’s High Street on Wednesday, 18 August.
Scissors-Wielding Suspect Sparks Police Call
Officers rushed to the scene after reports a man armed with scissors was causing trouble inside the bank. Taylor has since appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court.
