Man Found Dead on New Year’s Day in Rayleigh
Essex Police have identified the victim found unresponsive at a Worcester Drive address just after midnight on New Year’s Day. The man, 31-year-old Paul Fletcher, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Woman Charged with Murder
Hannah Sindrey, 23, from Worcester Drive, Rayleigh, has been charged with murder. She appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday, January 4, and will face further hearings at a later date.
Another Arrest Made, Bail Issued
A 25-year-old woman, also arrested in connection with the case, has been released on bail until January 29.
Police Appeal for Information
Essex Police urge anyone with information about the incident to contact their Major Crime Team on 101, quoting incident number 147 of 1 January.
