Woman Found Injured in Hythe, Suspect Arrested
A woman was discovered with facial injuries at around 10.30am on Saturday 10 August 2024 in Underhill Road, Hythe. She was rushed to a local hospital but has since been discharged.
Man in Custody Over Attack
Kieron Deacy, 26, of Marine Parade, Hythe, was arrested shortly after the incident. He is known to the victim and has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and breaching a restraining order.
Next Court Date Set
Deacy appeared at Margate Magistrates’ Court on Monday 12 August and was remanded in custody. He is due back at Canterbury Crown Court on Monday 9 September.
