Mass London Drug Bust: 14 Charged in Major Crackdown

On Wednesday, 24 March, the Met’s Specialist Crime Command launched a massive operation, executing 29 warrants across London and the UK. The target? A sprawling drug empire dealing Class A and B substances.

14 Arrested, Facing Multiple Drug Charges

By the next day, 14 suspects were charged with offences ranging from conspiracy to supply Class A and B drugs, to illegal firearm possession.

  • Jermaine Ford-Simpson, 37, Berkhamsted – four counts conspiracy to supply Class A, two counts for Class B drugs.
  • Micah Ford-Simpson, 30, Hackney – two counts conspiracy to supply Class B drugs.
  • Shaun Ford-Simpson, 35, Plymouth – two counts each for conspiracy to supply Class A and Class B drugs.
  • Jamie Ford, 34, Bristol – also facing two counts for both Class A and B drug conspiracy.
  • Darren Duane Morgan, 32, Hillingdon – six counts conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
  • Dennis Bernard, 43, Homerton – two counts conspiracy to supply Class A drugs plus firearms charges for handgun and ammunition possession without a certificate.
  • Andrew Babayale, 34, South Woodford – conspiracy to produce cannabis and supply Class B drugs.
  • Edward Babayale, 33, N1 – same cannabis production and Class B supply charges.
  • Claire Rose Mary Henderson, 30, Brentwood – cannabis production and Class B drug supply conspiracy.
  • Rayol Telemaque, 41, Barking – cannabis production, Class B drug supply, and firearm plus ammunition possession.
  • Elvon Morton, 37, Leytonstone – conspiracy to produce cannabis and supply Class B drugs.
  • Ibrahim Kutlu, 36, E5 – two counts conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.
  • Lee Floyd, 25, Plymouth – two counts conspiracy to supply Class A, one count for Class B drugs.
  • Perry Boltwood, 27, Plymouth – same charges as Floyd.

Court Date Set: Stratford Magistrates on Thursday

All have been remanded to appear in court on Thursday, 25 March. Meanwhile, two others arrested during the raids have been released under investigation.
